WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?

Upon placing your order, please ensure you enter a valid address and a safe place for the delivery just in case you cannot be present at the delivery time. If nobody is available to receive your ONCO package it will be left in your designated safe place.

IM GOING ON HOLIDAY CAN I PAUSE MY MEAL SUBSCRIPTION TILL IM BACK?

Yes, you can log onto your account, and you can pause your subscription till you are back.

HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES ON WHERE MY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED TO?

Log in to your account and you will have the ability to change delivery address for where you wish your meals to be delivered to. If in doubt please reach out.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN MY MEALS ARRIVE?

If you think that you will be absent on the delivery of your meals, then please specify a safe place for the DPD delivery driver to leave your delivery. Please make sure you have this in place as the freshness of your food is important to us. Your food will be in an insulated package with an ice pack to ensure freshness so it can stay fresh for several hours.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver nationwide across the whole of the U.K.

CAN I FREEZE MY MEALS?

Yes, your meals will last from 8-10 weeks in the freezer.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE FOR ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES?

Yes, absolutely on each plan there are a list of allergens and intolerances that you can select for your order along with any foods that you dislike.

HOW DO I STORE MY MEALS AND HOW LONG WILL THEY LAST?

Keep your meals refrigerated at 0oC to 5oC. We recommend for meals to be consumed within 5 days of delivery, some meals may last longer however we recommend consuming your meals within the 5 day window.

CAN I EAT MY MEALS COLD?

Yes, all our prepped meals are freshly cooked so they can be consumed cold, however for optimal taste we recommend most meals to be consumed warm.

HOW DO I HEAT MY MEAL?

Here are our heating recommendations:

OVEN

• Preheat oven to 180 oC.
• Remove all packaging.
• Remove sauce pot or any salad that is required to be eaten cold.
• Place in an oven proof dish.
• Heat for 15-20 mins.

WOK or PAN

• Preheat wok at medium heat.
• Remove all packaging.
• Remove sauce pot or any salad that is required to be eaten cold.
• Add a little water on some dishes to retain moisture.
• Place food in wok.
• Heat for 6-10 mins until hot throughout

MICROWAVE

• Remove sauce pot if required.
• Remove film if sauce pot was required to be removed, pierce film if not.
• Heat 800-900W 3-4 mins
• Until all contents are hot.

WHAT OILS AND SEASONINGS ARE USED FOR THE ONCO MEALS?

We only use the best quality oils like olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil, and season with sea salt, Himalayan salt and organic herbs and spices. Seasonings in each meal may vary dependant on the taste and nutritional value we want to create for the dish. Our nutritionist and team of chefs work closely to create a good balance between taste and nutritional content.

DO WE OFFER HALAL OPTIONS?

Yes, absolutely we have our halal option available, please email the team prior to your order and we will provide you with the halal option for your plan.

ARE THE MEALS DELIVERED FRESH OR FROZEN?

All our meals are freshly prepared to order by our chefs at our ONCO kitchens and delivered fresh to your door.

I REALLY LIKED A MEAL AND WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE IT MORE OFTEN IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Absolutely, If you would like certain meals included consistently on your plan please inform us and we will make a note on your profile to included these specific meals consistently on your plan. We are here to serve you!

I DIDN’T LIKE ONE OF MY MEALS WILL I RECEIVE IT AGAIN?

If you ever receive a meal that does not suit your pallet, please send us an email to inform us, we will make a note on your profile, so that you do not receive this meal again. Although this rarely occurs, we understand that we all have different preferences.

HOW DO I ORDER SNACKS?

When you select your plan there is an option to select snacks, select which snacks you would like, and the quantity and we will do the rest.

WHAT MEALS WILL I RECEIVE?

Our expert nutritionists and chefs create the menus for each month, we aim to use as much seasonal ingredients as possible so we may tweak some meals accordingly. You tell us you what foods you dislike along with any allergens or intolerances, and we will do the rest. If there are any specifics that you would like to include in your order that we may have missed, once your order is processed send our team an email and we will make a note of this on your order.

We pride ourselves in delivering meals using the highest quality ingredients available, Prepared using locally sourced produce, ethically sourced meats, fish and poultry and organic wholesome grains, always Sugar FREE, Artificial Chemical FREE, and Prepared FRESH to order.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Select your package based on your goals and dietary preferences, select the number of meals per day and for how many days, select any dietary allergens or dislikes that you may have. choose your first available delivery day. If you need any guidance as to which plan would be the best fit for you, shoot us a message on our contact page and we will point you in the right direction.

WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?

Our healthy meals are delivered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays,  Fridays and Saturdays. When you place your order, we require 48 hours to plan and prepare your meals, this helps us keep our produce fresh and your meals of a high quality.
